Super quality sterling silver tea set, Sheffield 1930.
The style is Georgian oval bomb shape, displaying the simple lines and elegance of the period. Each piece is clearly hallmarked.
The set is in excellent condition with ebony handle and matching lid finial . There is no damage or inscriptions. It appears that it has been little used.
The three pieces weigh 43 ounces.
The teapot measures 31cms from tip of spout to handle, and is 15cms high.
The milk jug is 14 cms long and 7cms wide.
The sugar bowl is 19cms long and 9 cms wide.
