Victor L. Bruyneel was born in Belgium in 1852 and worked in Paris. He died in the beginning of the 20th century.
This beautifully patinated bronze bust of a young woman from the Belle Époque period. The smiling woman wears her hair in a chignon dressed with flowers.
It is raised on integral rouge marble circular socle.
The bust is signed to reverse, "V Bruyneel Paris."
Measures 22 cm tall and 10.5 cm at the widest point
