Regency Brass Wine Cooler or Jardinier

A good brass piece which we think is probably a wine cooler but would make a good jardiniere or table centre piece. It is an oval shape of half gadrooned form with a tin liner that we have tested as water tight. It stands on four paw feet. It has dents all round the gadrooning from much ware but nevertheless, a charming piece.
